Maximum amount of loan to be sanctioned will be 85% of the projected cost or rs 15.00 lakh(for residential purpose) whichever is lesser. The rest of 15% or the equivalent amount shall be the share of the applicant(s). projected cost includes construction cost and other related cost.
Maximum amount of loan to be sanctioned will be 85% of the projected cost or Rs. 75.00 lakhs(for commercial purpose) whichever is lesser.
